Refunds & Exchanges
After your purchase, your digital product will be sent directly to your email with a PDF attachment of the
purchased items. Please note that all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.
In the event of a dispute, your bank will be informed of potential fraudulent activity. We will provide
documented evidence and may pursue legal action if necessary.
Important: For security purposes, transactions will be declined if the billing address provided does not match
the one on file with your card's issuing bank or if an incorrect CVV code is entered. Additionally, rejected debit
card transactions may result in your bank holding the funds for up to 5 business days before releasing them
back to your account.
To avoid delays, please ensure the address you provide matches the one associated with your card.
